Use it as a dressing for fresh and cooked vegetables, and chicken or potato salad. Drizzle over noodles, tuna tataki and barbecued prawns, or serve alongside a plate of gyoza. • The Essential Ingredient Satay Sauce
  An Australian made satay sauce, rich and well balanced with warm chilli notes. A smooth, savoury, and slightly sweet sauce made from peanuts, spices and aromatics like garlic, lemongrass, ginger and galangal, it's customarily served over chargrilled meat skewers but can be used as a sauce for stir-fries and noodles, or mixed into a marinade or salad dressing.
