    Good quality pan

    This is a very good quality pan. Heats up quickly, the handle doesn’t get hot, decent weight, 28cm size. Fits two pork chops! It does give an amazing sear. Ryukyuu bacon goes crispy, stir fries are easy, pork belly strips turn out just as good as they do on the bbq. The pan does get dirty quickly, but so far i have not had anything that baking soda wouldn’t remove.
