These stunningly unique bowls have been carved from the pink salt blocks found in the foothills of the Himalayas. Heat bowl before using to serve seafood, allowing bowl to impart a subtle saltiness. Freeze bowl to serve ice cream or cold desserts.
To heat Himalayan salt bowl: ensure salt bowl is dry, then place on stove at lowest possible heat, increasing every 10 minutes to medium. Note that heating may change the colouration of the bowl.
To clean Himalayan salt bowl: scrub with damp scourer to remove food scraps, wipe, then dry thoroughly. Store away from moisture.
