This pan from De Buyer’s Carbone Plus range is made from strong carbon steel, a raw, heavy-gauge steel that is lighter than cast-iron but just as tough and durable. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, with the ability to perform over both low and high temperatures, this pan distributes heat evenly and quickly. Once properly seasoned the pan will develop outstanding non-stick properties and for this reason we recommend washing by hand with no detergents or soap.
