The slatted base allows steam to enter the basket, gently cooking your food without fat or oil. Perfect for steaming dumplings, fish, meat, vegetables, puddings and more. Avoid anything sticking to the basket by sitting your food on top of parchment paper, cabbage, banana leaves, or herbs.
Care Instructions: We do not recommend putting this product in the dishwasher. Wash by hand with warm soapy water, using a soft bristled brush to remove any excess debris. Rinse well and allow to air dry.
