    Best all round pan

    Excellent heat up time, quick and easy to control on both gas and induction.

    I prefer gas, it does not need to use the largest eye on the stovetop and heat transfer to the food is excellent.

    The size is great if you want to make 2 steaks at the same time or cook your sides alongside your mains, plus you can obviously just throw it in the over to finish off.

    Handle is ergonomic.

    Pan is really light for the size.

    Highly recommended , if you want just one pan go for a bigger one and then fill out the smaller sizes for your niche purposes.
