CHICKEN – How To Cook Great Food
If you’re feeling uninspired, if you’re starting over again or if you’d just like to get better at cooking one meal each week – this is the series for you.
Each individual protein lends itself naturally to a few types of cuisine. In these classes we will celebrate the natural inclination of our starring protein.
CHICKEN = A DAMN GOOD INDIAN CURRY
This is not to say that a well-executed chicken and sweet corn soup can’t curl your toes or that pulled achiote chicken wrapped in a tortilla won’t want to make you move to Mexico – but slowly, slowly.
Chettinad chicken curry; Tandori chicken wings with mango chutney & herb salad; Chicken Biryani and pappadums.
At the end of each class we will sit, have a glass of wine and enjoy the meal we have created at our shared table. It is our hope that strangers become friends and allies in the kitchen and that your confidence will blossom.
How to Cook Great Food is a weekly series of cooking classes designed to breathe life back into your cooking. Discover (or rediscover) a love for your kitchen and its contents, through our carefully designed course which aims to celebrate cooking technique, protein and seasonal produce in an achievable and encouraging environment.
