Zokoko are dedicated to making amazing bean to bar chocolate, reflective of its origin. Zokoko chocolate has a depth of flavour that is both rich & intense but incredibly satisfying. They source the finest cacao beans from around the world and use traditional artisan methods to make their chocolate unique. We are loving the Mbingu Tanzania 52% chocolate bar.
The cacao beans are sourced from Vanuatu & the team from Spencer Cocoa in Mudgee then turn it into a delicious chocolate bar. Available in milk or dark.
Fish River Roasters are roasted in Bathurst. We stock a selection of their blends in whole bean, espresso or plunger grind. Their drinking chocolate is also a staff favourite!
Small Acres apple cider vinegar is is made from fresh pressed apple juice, naturally fermented & naturally matured in French oak barrels for 48 months. Apple cider vinegar has many uses in the kitchen.

Rosnay was created by the Statham family in 1997, and produces certified organic wines, olives, and figs. Our favourite product is their fig preserve. We love to spread it on sourdough & top with crumbled goats cheese.
Each tea mix has been handcrafted in Mudgee from organic, premium loose leaf tea which id sourced locally & internationally.
The mixers are presented in stunning eco-friendly glass test tubes with cork stoppers. Each tube contains 15-20 cups of tea.
