Made in the Northern Isles of Scotland using traditional methods and Orcadian ingredients, Orkney Craft Vinegars are raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and bottled with the mother. Aged in oak barrels for up to a year, these unique vinegars are softer than most mass-produced vinegars but are still flavourful and can be used in a variety of different dishes.
Sustainably harvested sugar kelp is made into wine and then fermented to make this deeply savoury vinegar.
