Made in the Northern Isles of Scotland using traditional methods and Orcadian ingredients, Orkney Craft Vinegars are raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and bottled with the mother. Aged in oak barrels for up to a year, these unique vinegars are softer than most mass-produced vinegars but are still flavourful and can be used in a variety of different dishes.
This vinegar is made from rosehip wine and has been aged in oloroso sherry casks. Soft and delicately floral, use to make a sauce for roast duck or pork shoulder, dress red cabbage and baked pumpkin, or balance cranberry sauce.
