Made with salt harvested naturally from pure Australian water and quality black truffles, this delicious salt adds a rich umami flavour and aroma to a myriad of foods. Sprinkle over scrambled eggs, risotto, chips, steak, potatoes, vegetables and much more.
This product is seasonal and is produced in small batches when the truffles can be harvested. Therefore stock is limited and, once depleted, will be replenished the following truffle season.
