Meru Miso Yellow Chickpea Paste
This is based on a style of miso that was developed in Hawaii. With a nutty flavour, chickpea miso is salty enough to be used in soups and sweet enough to make an excellent addition to sauces, dressings and marinades. This miso is soy-free for those avoiding or allergic to soy products.
