Care

Please 'season' before using. Pour oil over the base and heat to a high temperature (not smoking). Turn off heat, leave oil to cool, pour off any surplus and wipe the pan with kitchen paper. Sprinkle the pan with salt, rub in with kitchen paper, then remove the excess. Your pan is now ready to use.
