Produced in Gunma Prefecture in Japan, an area famous for growing high quality wheat, these dried noodles are made to a traditional recipe but are slightly finer than classic udon. With a neutral flavour and satisfyingly soft, chewy texture, these udon noodles can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes. Simply boil in water for approximately 10 minutes and serve hot in a dashi broth, cold with a soy dipping sauce, or stir-fry with meat and vegetables.
