This is a three hour Spring Incarnate of our Pasta and Sauces class.
Enjoy the simple intricacies in hand rolling perfect orecchiette, tagliatelle and pappardelle where your only tool is a simple rolling pin – the way nonna would have done it!
The sauces you will master? Cicer e trea, ragout and a beautiful southern pea and vegetable sauce.
Imagine Roberto Bernini, wrapped in the Italian flag, eating a café gelato, riding a Vespa up the tower of Pisa which has been magically transported to the Vatican City, while the ghost of Leonardo Da Vinci holds a private screening of a Fellini film against the side of the Colosseum. That’s how Italian this class is.
We currently are working on the Italian Embassy, we feel that by the end of the class, participants should be entitled to dual citizenship…
