The Accidental Vegan
In this class Chef Simone Prestini will teach you how to make some seriously delicious Asian dishes that just happen to be vegan!
You’ll make three different types of dumplings from scratch, a spicy sambal, as well as a pan fried protein, chilli, shallots, soy sauce and a vegan mayonnaise. You’ll also make a fresh and frisky, spicy Asian salad with fluffy rice and crunchy nuts.
