Born in Penang Malaysia, Wanitha is now a consultant for Tourism Malaysia, has her own cooking company Wanitha inc which hosts small and large scale cooking classes from in house parties to team building events at the Opera House.

In this 4 hour extended workshop we’re going to challenge you with fresh crab. Scared? Don’t be! Wanitha shows you how. Cleaning and prep of the crab will be highlighted, whilst a chilli sauce and tomato base will leave you with famous Singapore Chilli Crab.
Mamak Mee will see you working technically with your wok, and developing Indian and Malaysian flavours. Mamak Mee requires 2 very different paste bases – both of which you will make from scratch. All fresh ingredients. So fresh, So fab.
Finish with Garlic and Chilli prawns hot off the press.
