About the class

In our cooking class on Thursday 17th September, we are taking inspiration from Samin Nosrat’s award-winning cookbook ‘Salt Fat Acid Heat‘.

In this 3-hour hands-on class, Kelly is going to teach you how to create balanced dishes using Samin’s recipes as inspiration, and her famous flavour profiles, salt, fat, acid and heat as a guide.
