Salt Fat Acid Heat Inspired Cooking Class
In our cooking class on Thursday 17th September, we’re taking inspiration from Samin Nosrat’s award-winning cookbook ‘Salt Fat Acid Heat‘.
In this 3-hour hands-on class, chef Kelly Syms is going to teach you how to create balanced dishes using Samin’s recipes as inspiration.
Kelly will use her famous flavour profiles, salt, fat, acid and heat as a guide throughout this class, to help you improve your cooking skills overall.
