In this 3-hour interactive demonstration style class you will cover the history of pizza, processes, proofing, and the importance of flour and types of yeast.
Once you have mastered that, we will get down to the business of making pizza dough by hand, cover the best ingredients for topping and how to cook the perfect ‘woodfired’ pizza – when you aren’t actually in possession of a wood fire oven.
Then we eat! Like Roman Gods, do we eat!
