Learn the tricks of the trade from pizza genius Alfonso Muras (Napoli Centrale).

In this 3 hour interactive demonstration style class you will cover the history of pizza, processes, proofing, and the importance of flour and types of yeast. You will make your own sourdough starter and learn how to refresh and conserve it.

Once you have mastered that, we will get down to the business of making pizza dough by hand, cover the best ingredients for topping and how to cook the perfect ‘woodfired’ pizza – when you aren’t actually in possession of  a wood fire oven.

Then we eat! Like Roman Gods, do we eat!
