Mozzarella, Ricotta, Quark and Marinated Persian Feta Making Class

Presented by Hannah Lillywhite
About the class

On Friday 29th January, expert cheese-maker Hannah Lillywhite [from Milk • Curd • Cheese] is hosting a class to educate you on all things fresh cheese! In this 3-hour class you’ll make your own fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta, Quark and Marinated Persian Feta.

The deliciousness is endless – think fresh mozzarella on homemade sourdough pizza or in a Summery Caprese salad. Think quark in a silky cheesecake or topped with the freshest berries, and then beautiful marinated Persian feta tossed through a crisp salad or just eaten on it’s own!

Guests will also be able to try their creations paired with crackers and chutneys or fruit pates.
