You’ve probably seen tagines in our shop window – you may have even been given one as a gift (and it now sits at the back of your cupboard – unused and unloved). But after this class, the flames of passion will be ignited!
The chicken, preserved lemon and apricot tagine will rock your world while Harira soup lulls you into a food coma.
And while there is no smoking allowed at the Junction Fair, we will be rolling our own cigars – nut and saffron cigars to be precise – which are so decadently Moorish (pardon the pun) they’ll have you searching for a tent and a bladder of fermented yak’s milk.
