Who doesn’t love brunch? No one I want to get to know!
There’s usually bread, eggs, something fresh, something yoghurty, something fried – usually a glass of champers… and you don’t have to wait all day to get it. Can it get better than that?
Our Middle Eastern Brunch incorporates all these elements with an Arabian twist. Sumptuous Shakshuka (eggs pached in tomato, chilli peppers and spices) Ful Meddamas (chickpeas, fava beans, garlic tahini and lemon juice) served with homemade pita and Bisteeya (a filo pie filled with chorizo prawn and kasseri) washed down with orange and blossom water spiked champagne.
