This class spans so many fermenting forums – from drinks and Tonics, to pickles, dairy and kimchi.
After 5 hours you will leave us with a 1 litre fido jar filled with proper pickled veges, a 1 litre Fido jar packed with kimchi, 1 litre of milk kefir using Jane’s starter and 1 litre Fido jar filled with Water Kefir (including kefir grains). 750ml Fido jar of Kombucha (with scobie) plus the tried and tested knowledge, recipes and advice from one of the most knowledgeable people in the business!
The class also includes morning coffee and lunch (Cultured butter, cheese and kimchi toastie with Kale salad)
