If your knife skills (or lack there of) are hindering your meal time A-game, allow chef Richard Ransom (Core Espresso, Crown Plaza, TAFE) to guide you though some essentials.
Brunoise, macédoine and chiffonnade your way through the vege patch! Fillet a fish, get up close and personal with a rack of lamb.
Enjoy dinner demonstration of sourdough crumbed fish with ratatouille, (mise en plus by sous chef – *you*)
