During this doughlicious masterclass your breadiest dreams will come true – you batter believe it!

During this hands-on and interactive 5 hour class you’ll learn the skills and science behind your favourite dough-related products as well as some tricks and trends from this cutting edge contemporary chef. Gareth’s dessert creations at Restaurant Mason are always mould breakers – and this class is a great introduction to that creativity.

Milk Buns for burgers (that you’ll eat for lunch), Doughnuts with a difference, Brioche and Bostok (a French treat) – also star. On top of that you’ll take home your very own Ciabatta loaf and learn the science and skills behind its holey goodness!
