Our ‘Cook the Book’ series is a hands-on experience designed to help you get the most out of the cookbooks in your repertoire. Chef Kelly Syms will guide you as you break-down the recipes, she’ll make them easy to follow and show you why these iconic recipes are celebrated.
In our first ever ‘Cook the Book’ class we’re exploring Samin Nosrat’s award-winning cookbook ‘Salt Fat Acid Heat‘ .
In this 3-hour hands-on class, Kelly is going to teach you how to create balanced dishes using Samin’s recipes and her famous flavour profiles, salt, fat, acid and heat as a guide.
