Chocolate Truffle Workshop
Is your idea of heaven a comfortable couch, binge watching Netflix with a box of luscious chocolate truffles beside you? Well, you’ve found your angel – Pastry Chef Kelly Syms is here to teach you the ins and outs of a little chocolate magic in our Chocolate Truffle workshop!
We’ll tackle two types of truffles – Passionfruit + Raspberry + Cocoa Nib, and Whisky + Caramelized Coconut.
You’ll learn how to match and infuse flavours into chocolate, create super-silky ganache then roll and decorate your truffles. No chocolate tempering required!
Finally you’ll take your jewel box of creations home, decamp to the couch, turn on your favourite show and indulge! Who says you can’t have chocolate for dinner? You’ve earned it!

- Wear closed toe shoes that are comfortable for walking and standing in. No sandals, thongs or heels please.

- Bring Tupperware with you as we will no longer be providing plastic containers to customers in the event of leftovers.
