Join us for this very special evening to meet one of Australia’s finest producers of artisan chocolate, Michelle Morgan, owner and ‘Chief Chocolate Maker’ of Zokoko Chocolate in The Blue Mountains.

Tonight for 1 ½ hours, sit back, relax, sip wine and let Michelle talk you through her journey of becoming a chocolate producer and the entire ‘bean to bar’ process.

You will be tasting different varieties of chocolate and get a better understanding of flavour profiles and also what it takes to make good quality chocolate.

Tonight you will intimately learn the step by step process of making chocolate which includes

Sourcing the beans
– Roasting the beans
– Melangeur- crushing the beans!
– Conching- I’ll let Michelle tell you about this one but it’s where the magic happens…
– Tempering and Moulding

Leave with a greater understanding and true appreciation of what it takes to make a beautiful quality product and also an addiction for one of life’s great pleasures!
