Bake it Great – Layer Cakes
In this cooking class of our ‘Bake it Great’ series, we’re going to teach you how to make and bake the perfect layer cake.
In this 4-hour, hands-on cooking class pastry chef Kelly Syms is going to teach you her tips and tricks to tackling your average layer cake.
From batter to fillings, icing to decorations – Kelly will teach you how to re-create your own show-stopping cake at home!
In this class guests will enjoy a light lunch and a glass of champagne; each person will take their own layer cake-creations home with them and everyone will be given the option to use fresh flowers to decorate their cakes.
