Anna Polyviou: Scones, Bubbles and Book Signing! SPECIAL EVENT
Like a whirling dervish Anna Polyviou is making her way into The Junction Fair this coming weekend.
Armed with excess amounts of talent, personality and a brand new cookbook “Kids Corner”, this trailblazer (who set our hearts a flutter in June with her ‘Popping Caramel’ Masterclass) is back to show us how to – again.
Anna’s scones, famously celebrated at The Shangri-La hotel in Sydney are perfectly textured, pillows of deliciousness, and in this 90 minute demonstration style class she will show you how to achieve the same at home.
We start at 3pm with a glass of Pink Fizz, cooking demo, Q&A, book signing and of course… scone eating.
You will leave at 4.30pm, equipped with baking knowledge from a national treasure, and a copy of her new cook book “Kids Corner”.
