Amalfi Summer Lunch
Come and celebrate the wealth of Summery Italian produce and ingredients we have at our disposal down under!
We will start with an anchovy frittelline and continue on with Blue Swimmer Crab with hand-made spaghetti. After that, you’ll make salt crusted Rainbow Trout with pepper, rosemary and garlic… all while sipping a chilled glass of Rosé.
Then we’ll cap it off with a velvety smooth Espresso Martini Affogato.
