A Good Roast – FULLY BOOKED
If you aspire to be a perfect roaster, presenting perfectly pink beef, crunchy pork, juicy chicken and crispy potatoes every time, this class is for you. A good roast is simply unbeatable, and Joe will show the techniques guaranteed to produce outstanding flavours, delicious sides and traditional sauces.
This cooking class is a hands-on workshop & involves working in small groups to learn, cook & prepare dishes eaten for lunch under the guidance of the chef/presenter.
Joe Grbac is the chef/owner of Saxe. He previously ran the kitchen of The Press Club and was co-owner and executive chef of Saint Crispin.
