This weekend we are thrilled to be working in collaboration with the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2017 at their 25th Masterclass event at Deakin Edge, Federation Square.
The Essential Ingredient is proudly the official Culinary Book partner for MFWF Master Class and we’re setting up shop in Deakin Edge for the duration of the classes. We’ll be showing off our greatest hits, stocked full of the best of our best cookbooks, cookware, food and cooking class information.
We are very excited to be part of this must visit food event – Some of the world’s best chefs will be sharing their knowledge and experience at the classes: Carlo Cracco, chef-owner of Milan’s Ristorante Cracco is a master of reinventing Italian cooking, David Thompson of Nahm and Long Chim is an innovator of Thai cuisine and Gastón Acurio of Astrid&Gaston in Lima, has been at the forefront of Peru’s food scene for over two decades. These are just a handful of an internationally acclaimed lineup. You will have the opportunity to meet the visiting and local chefs who will create lasting mementos through signing their recipe books.
So come and say hello before or after a class, let’s talk books, beautiful foods, cookware, cooking tips and share some recipes. After each class there’ll also be Chefs’ book signings and purchases. We can’t wait to get there!
