This foodie showcase will be all about ‘The Foods We Love’, from Spanish charcuterie to traditionally smoked bacon, artisan cheeses, fresh Summer salads and handcrafted terrines, plus special guest chef Matthew Evans conducting a live cooking demonstration. There will be a range of samples to try and products on show for you to experience that will provide you with more than enough inspiration for the silly season. Summer on Fat Pig Farm is chef Matthew Evans’ latest title and to celebrate he will be joining us for an in store cooking demonstration and book signing where he will showcase some of his favourite recipes from the new title. While reserved seating has now been sold out you will still get the opportunity to purchase the book to be personally signed in your one on one with the man himself.

 

 

Chocolate TrufflesChocolate Making with Daudignac
