First and third Tuesday of each month. Leave safely-wrapped knives before 4pm and collect them after midday the following day.
Newcastle store – (02) 4926 1991:
Leave knives by 3pm every Thursday (in a plastic container), and collect any time after 12pm the following day.
Canberra store – (02) 6295 7148:
Leave knives by 1pm on the first Saturday of every month, for collection throughout the week.
