Join Anna Phillips for this hands on class and explore the world of mussels, cuttlefish, octopus and sustainable varieties of fish. This class will open up an exciting new world showing how easily prepared many seafood/shellfish varieties are and answer any of your sustainability questions. Adding a new world to your kitchen and table!
On The Menu:
- Stir fried cuttlefish with ginger, snowpeas & mint
- Braised smoked paprika octopus
- Italian octopus with zucchini & artichokes
- Moroccan fish pie
- Mussels with leek & saffron
- Lemon & herb stuffed baby squid
Anna is a food consultant, stylist, recipe developer, tester and writer. Cookbooks that Anna has worked on include Italy, Spain, Germany and upcoming Mexico for Gourmet Pilgrim Publishing and Cookbooks. Amongst many other things that Anna has been involved with in her career, she also taught at the Sydney Seafood School for 7 years.
