  • Freekeh salad with marinated onions, toasted almonds, currants & braggs orange zest dressing
  • Roasted spiced pumpkin & beet salad with rocket & walnut crisps, shaved pecorino & beet leaf pumpkin seed pesto
  • Middle eastern twist quinoa salad with a cinnamon & turmeric yoghurt
  • Poached chicken, avocado, kale, cashew & chia seed salad with goji berry & basil dressing
  • Hazelnut truffles rolled in goji berries & Banana Acai Ice cream
