Chef Travis Harvey has travelled the globe cooking, spending his 20’s working in Europe, Canada and Central America. He started the De La Tierra Cooking School in Oaxaca, Mexico and has since dedicated himself to culinary instruction. He now teaches cooking full-time, and consults for SBS Television Australia, International Masters Publishing and Sheraton Resorts.
