So often in life we are told to trust our gut – and after this 5 ½ hour fermenting masterclass, it will have earned that trust!

Jane Jenkinson from Wholefood family kicks things up a notch or two with our latest offering: ‘High Culture’

As we move into the cooler months, and cold and flu season, our ability to prevent and heal our bodies through nutrition becomes a key part of surviving Winter. In keeping with that theme, we are going to explore another side of the fermenting process.

Rich BONE BROTHS have long had a nourishing effect on the human body. The restorative power of their naturally occurring collagen along with the various nutrients contained within, help to rehabilitate out skin and gut lining.

Also found within bones is marrow and we will make a heavenly MARROW BUTTER – for the same reasons… no really… it’s not just because it tastes so good…

The vitamins and minerals in PATE and CULTURED VEGETABLES will be discussed and produced by you to take home.

What about the sweet stuff, you say?

MARSHMALLOW! Who knew that the gelatine contained within helps the layers of our gut lining? Not me! But this Winter Hot Chocolate and marshmallows will be a necessity – not a treat. Jane Jenkinson says so!

Cultured Berries and Cultured Cream follow, keeping bad bacteria at bay, bringing good bacteria to the fore, and maximising the nutrients therein.
