Rebecca Sullivan from Dirty Girl Kitchen has been collecting the secrets of jammers and grandmothers all over the world and will introduce you to her world of Pickling and Preserving. In this 5 hour hands-on class she will share with you all her handy tips and will show you how to make your very own Granny Smith chutney, Green fig and fennel chutney and pickled zucchini. You will see how easy it can be to create your own preserves and put a smile on your friends’ and family’s faces when you hand over a beautiful jar of truly home-made Strawberry & Rose Jam or Rhubarb & Orange Blossom Butter.
