Let sisters Ann & Fiona of McDonaghs Meat Boutique show you the tricky art of sausage making. In this hands on class you will explore several gourmet sausage recipes such as beef & guiness, spicy Italian sausage & Loukaniko. Exploring some intriguing flavour combinations, you’ll wash them all down with a couple of tasty beers. This class includes recipe notes for you to take home and all necessary equipments is provided.
For safety reasons all attendees must wear closed in shoes.
