In this hands-on sausage making class you will explore several gourmet sausage recipes such as Italian Beef, Cumberland Pork & a North African Spicy Lamb Merguez. Exploring some intriguing flavour combinations, you’ll wash them all down with a couple of tasty beers. This class includes recipe notes for you to take home and all necessary equipment is provided.
