French Chef Jon Trouillet will show you how to delight your friends and family with this beautiful Provençal fish stew. Not only a fish soup the Bouillabaisse is a combination of many different elements that all have their own secrets and Jon will reveal them to you.

The right consistency, the right amount of garlic on the crispy crouton, the secret of the Rouille and the type of fish to serve with the bouillabaisse, all will be covered and more!

With over 15 years’ experience in French cooking, Jon worked in Michelin stars restaurants in Paris before starting his journey around France, Australia and New Zealand.
