Ever wanted to make your very own Easter Eggs from scratch and thought it was all too hard? Let Jess share her knowledge, skills and ‘know-how’ to de-mystify the chocolaty jargon! In this chocolate moulding class You will learn how to ‘temper’ chocolate with Felchin, one of the world best, professional coverture chocolate brands from Switzerland. You will learn moulding chocolates and making fillings and truffles.
You will take everything you make home with you in a nice little gift box – the perfect gift just in time for Easter.
You will also keep the chocolate moulds you are using in the class so you can keep on making sweet delights at home.
