In this bread making class Sydney based German baker Manuel Neu will show you everything you need to know to bake your very own freshly baked bread at home.
While you fill the air with the irresistible smell of freshly baked bread you will learn everything about dough preparation, how temperatures and rest times affect the outcome of your bread, how to shape and mould a perfect loaf and what impact steam has on your bread.
In this class you will make a crusty white sourdough bread, a traditional sourdough rye-mix bread and learn all about the secret ingredients of a German bread classic – the pretzel.
Enjoy your freshly baked bread with a glass of wine or beer and a range of dips, cold cuts and other delicious condiments.
