In this hands-on class you will be shown traditional European techniques to start a sourdough, learn how to make focaccias and bake your own traditional crusty loaf.

Join Chef Robbie Goulbourne for a journey through different baking techniques and fill the air with the irresistible smell of freshly baked bread.
Robbie refined his bread making skills at Edinburgh’s famous landmark – the Balmoral Hotel, where he worked as a chef before coming to Australia in 2008.

This class will lay the foundation to improve your skills and will enable you to create your own bread ideas at home. You will receive enough of our own Essential organic sourdough starter to continue your bread quest after the class!

All classes and events require closed-in shoes.
