Learn how to make your own pastries for the perfect Easter breakfast. In this class you will make a range of pastries that everybody loves – from scratch: Brioche, Croissants, Palmiers, Pain au Chocolat, Cheese Twists and many more.

Over 3 Sundays in this hands-on class Pastry Chef and Chocolate Artisan Jessica Pedemont will show you everything you need to know about making dough, laminating, shaping and baking to create your own delightful pastries. With her great and inspiring energy and her 18 years of experience in culinary arts you can be guaranteed to have class as informative as entertaining.

Jessica’s passion and focus is pastry, chocolate and sugar craft. She has travelled the world – working, studying and teaching in some of the finest establishments in the industry. As a scholarship winner, Jessica represented Australia, competing at both local and international levels. As a recipient of distinctions and awards from sweet to savoury she continues to strive for excellence in all culinary endeavours.

This class will be held over three Sundays:  Part 1 – 17th of May,  Part 2 – 24th of May Part 3 – 31st of May.
